Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Trialytic is provided by Fedor Lipskerov, sole trader, based in Israel (“Trialytic”, “we”). You can reach us at fedorlipskerov@gmail.com. By creating an account or subscribing you accept these terms.

2. What Trialytic is

Trialytic is a subscription research tool for professionals working in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. It indexes public regulatory and registry records and makes them searchable, comparable and summarisable.

It is a research and analytics tool over public data. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision support system, and not a broker, adviser or intermediary of any regulated service.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the analysis tools. You must be at least 18 and give an accurate email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. An account is for one person; Team seats are named individuals.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Trialytic is sold as a monthly recurring subscription. The Free tier requires no payment.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment data, applies sales tax or VAT where due, and issues the invoice. We never receive or store your card details.

  • The price and billing period are those shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy under the merchant of record’s refund policy.
  • Plan limits — analyses per day, export row caps, API request budgets — are published in the product and may change with notice. A change that reduces a paid plan’s limits takes effect at the next renewal, not mid-period.

5. No professional advice

Trialytic does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, treatment, legal, regulatory, financial or investment advice, and nothing in it is an advice service.

  • Not medical or clinical advice. Trialytic is for research professionals, not patients. Nothing in it diagnoses a condition, recommends or discourages a treatment, or informs the care of any individual, and it must not be used to make a clinical decision about any person. Anyone with a health question should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Safety data is reporting volume, not incidence or causation. Post-market safety figures are tallies of reports submitted to voluntary systems, with duplicates and no denominator. A high count does not mean something caused a harm, and a low count does not mean it is safe. Disproportionality statistics shown in the product are hypothesis-generating signals, never evidence of causation.
  • Not investment or financial advice. Sponsor histories, completion rates and trial outcomes are historical public facts, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
  • Not regulatory advice. Nothing here tells you what a regulator will accept, or substitutes for the primary source or your own regulatory affairs function.
  • Statistical outputs are estimates. The completion predictor, meta-analysis engine and protocol benchmarker are statistical models fitted to historical data. They produce probabilities and comparisons, with known error, about trials — never about patients. They are decision support for professionals, not decisions.

You remain solely responsible for any decision you take, and for verifying anything material against the primary source before relying on it.

6. Accuracy

The records Trialytic indexes are published by third parties and refreshed periodically, so they may be incomplete, delayed or wrong at the source. Derived fields — normalisation, linking, extracted outcomes, computed signals — are our best effort and carry additional error. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Trialytic for your own or your employer’s research. You may not:

  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the data as a competing dataset or product;
  • scrape, bulk-download or otherwise systematically extract the corpus beyond the export and API limits of your plan, or circumvent those limits;
  • share account credentials or API keys outside your seat;
  • use the product to make clinical decisions about an identifiable person, or present its output as medical advice to anyone;
  • attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or reach another customer’s data.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

8. Intellectual property

The underlying public records are not ours and carry their own terms. The Trialytic software, interface, derived datasets, models and branding are ours. Your subscription is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trialytic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the service or reliance on its output. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using Trialytic at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or for non-payment. We may change the service or these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product before they take effect, and continued use after that is acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
